EXTENSION OF TIME LIMIT FOR APPLICATIONS

Applications for registration can be submitted no later than 18:00 of 06 November 2019

Must be submitted:

- By hand at psa corporation srl – Via Euclide Sn, Zone Ind.le Pip Lotto 4 Manfredonia from Monday to Friday from 09:00 at 13:00

- By email address to formazione@psa-corporation.com

- By pec address to psacorporationsrl@pec.it

- By registered letter addressed to PSA CORPORATION SRL – Via Euclide Sn, Zone Ind.le Pip Lotto 4 – 71043 Manfredonia (FG), the date of arrival of the application will be authentic.

The application must be accompanied by:

- Copying valid ID

- Copy of the Tax Code

- Copy of the diploma or alternatively appropriate documentation to ensure the fulfilment of the right and duty to education and training (for all participants, ES.: certificate of compulsory education and/or certificate of professional qualification at least three years)

- DID in progress (for participants who declare the status unemployed person in the application phase);

- self-certification under the DPR n. 445/2000, attesting to it status of inactive (for participants who declare the status of inactive at the application stage);

- curriculum vitae signed and rendered in the form of a self-declaration pursuant to art. 76 of the D.p.r. 445/2000 as well as including a statement on the processing of data pursuant to legislative decree. 196 of 30 June 2003, the Reg. (EU) n.679/2016 (So-called. GDPR) on the processing of personal data.
