for APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SELECTION TESTS

of the FREE route "Let's start again from the Earth"

Funded by the POR Puglia ERDF-ESF 2014-2020 – Puglia Region – Public Notice "RENAISSANCE"

Projects to accompany entrepreneurship or the creation of new businesses for people at risk of discrimination

(A.D. Nr. 181 of 29/07/2022 – BURP nr. 87 of 04/08/2022)

The aim of the intervention is to equip people at risk of discrimination, who want to enter the labour market through business or self-employment activities, useful and effective tools to deal with the start-up of businesses or forms of self-employment.

The object of the action is to provide training services to people at risk of discrimination, Advice and accompaniment to facilitate job placement also through business start-up or self-employment projects.

In compliance with the Notice “RENAISSANCE” of the Puglia Region POR Puglia ERDF-ESF 2014-2020, and the Approval Ranking of the related Projects with A.D. Nr. 303 of 29.12.2022, in application of the Community legislation on publicity and information on financing with Community funds, The present Announcement/Regulations intends to regulate the registration phase and selection of Candidates for the "Let's start again from the Earth" organized by the PSA CORPORATION LTD and intended for Nr. 18 Trainees for the following location: PSA CORPORATION LTD – Via Euclide, 25 – Pip Lotto industrial area 4 – 71043 Manfredonia (FG) – Tel. 0884.549411 – email: formazione@psa-corporation.com.

The methods of communication and publicity during implementation will be transparent and able to guarantee equal access to all potential categories of participants, pursuant to Section. 2, sub 2.2, p. 2 and 3, of Annex XII of Reg. (EU) 1303/2013, to ensure the’ information to the public on the support obtained from the funds.

Especially, during the information and promotion phase of the intervention and the procedures for access and selection of recipients:

• Publication of the "CALL / REGULATIONS for APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN SELECTION TESTS" and its promotion and advertising on the institutional website www.psa-corporation.com and Partners;
• Communication on the main social networks and Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/psacorporationformazione;

• Suitable signage inside and outside the training center and Partners, placing at least one poster min. A3 with information about the project in a place easily visible to the public at the headquarters, and any municipal billboards;
• Sending of digital information material to Municipal URPs, Third Sector Entities, lnformaYouth, Employment Centers of the Province where the course will be carried out, Partners, Etc.;
• Front Office Reception and Information for potential trainees;
• Information on funding to participants.

Participation in the FREE Route funded is open to any subject, without prejudice to the priority reserved by the Notice of the Puglia Region to persons at risk of discrimination identified, by way of example and not limited to, as recipients at high risk of discrimination:

• Victims of gender-based violence;
• Victims of discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity;
• Migrants;
• Individuals belonging to ethnic minorities;
• Disabled;
• Disadvantaged persons referred to in art. 4 of the Law 8 November 1991 n.381 (the physically disabled, Psychic and sensory, former patients of psychiatric hospitals, including judicial, subjects in psychiatric treatment, Drug addicts, alcoholics, children of working age in situations of family difficulty, persons detained or interned in penitentiary institutions, convicts and internees admitted to alternative measures to detention and work outside pursuant to Article 21 L. 354/1975 and subsequent amendments.).

The preliminary examination of the tests of the selections for eligibility for the course, will be curated by the PSA CORPORATION LTD.

The following will be considered valid: APPLICATIONS FOR REGISTRATION FOR THE SELECTION TESTS:

• Written on the required registration form, in the manner indicated.
• Registration form downloadable from the following link: http://www.psa-corporation.com/uploads/renaissance/domanda.pdf, or available at the "Front Office Reception and Information" of the Training Centre;

• Completed in all parts and signed by the candidate;
• Received no later than the deadline and in the manner indicated below;

The APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION FOR THE SELECTION TESTS must be received strictly, under penalty of exclusion, no later than hours 13:00 of 03 March 2023 exclusively by means of:

• Hand delivery to be presented to the "Front Office Reception and Information" of the Headquarters of the PSA CORPORATION LTD – Via Euclide, 25 – Pip Lotto industrial area 4 – 71043 Manfredonia (FG), from Monday to Friday from 9:00 at 13:00 and by the hours 15:00 at 18:00;
• By email at formazione@psa-corporation.com specifying all’Object: “PSA_RENAISSANCE_DOMANDA_(COGNOME_NOME)”.
• By certified e-mail at psacorporationsrl@pec.it specifying all’Object: “PSA_RENAISSANCE_DOMANDA_(COGNOME_NOME)”.
• By registered mail addressed to PSA CORPORATION LTD – Via Euclide, 25 – Pip Lotto industrial area 4 – 71043 Manfredonia (FG), specifying as Reference “PSA_RENAISSANCE_DOMANDA". The date of arrival of the application will be considered.

PSA CORPORATION SRL may request the Candidate, by phone or email, or in case of unavailability by post or telegram, the documentary integration of the application.

In the event of failure to complete the application for registration in the selection tests by the date of submission, the exclusion of the application for registration will be declared.

PSA CORPORATION SRL reserves the right to extend the deadline for registrations by giving appropriate notice published on the website www.psa-corporation.com and on the main social networks and Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/psacorporationformazione

PSA CORPORATION SRL is exempt from responsibility for the dispersion of the application for registration or the consequent communications dependent on the inaccurate indication of the address by the Candidate or on the failure and late communication of the change of address indicated in the application, and is not responsible for any postal and telematic errors or in any case attributable to third parties, fortuitous event or force majeure. As required by current regulations, in the event of non-perfect conformity or imprecision or illegibility in the presentation of the information, required data or documentation, contained in the applications validly sent within the deadline and in the prescribed manner, PSA CORPORATION SRL reserves the right to request clarifications and proceed with the request for integration before formal exclusion.

Or on any other date and time that will be communicated exclusively at the Training Centre and on the website www.psa-corporation.com, on the main social networks and Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/psacorporationformazione and by posting at the Training Centre, with the value of a single notification to the Candidates to all intents and purposes without any other form of communication.

PSA CORPORATION SRL reserves the right to organize on the same day, or over several days, multiple selection sessions based on the number of Candidates. All Candidates must present themselves on time and with a valid identity document, failing that, NOT will be admitted to the tests.

The selection phases are as follows:

1. Evaluation and verification of Access requirements/Examination of applications for registration;

2. Selection interview with the aim of identifying the motivation and interest in attending the course, on the propensity to entrepreneurship or self-employment, on the aptitude for teamwork, also on the basis of the Skills Assessment;

3. Verification of employment status of the participants for the purpose of payment of the’Attendance allowance (Workers looking for their first job; unemployed persons registered for more than two years with the CPI; registered in the mobility lists who do not receive the allowance).

Without prejudice to the priority reserved for the target groups identified by the Notice of the Puglia Region and by the previous art. 3, The selection of participants will take place without any discrimination, however, preferring those who in the application phase have indicated that they belong to a target among those by way of example provided for in paragraph 4 of the Notice of the Puglia Region and the previous art. 3.

The final result of the rankings will be announced by PSA CORPORATION SRL exclusively by posting it at the Training Centre, on the website www.psa-corporation.com and on the main social networks and Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/psacorporationformazione, with the value of a single notification to the Candidates to all intents and purposes without any other form of communication.

In the event of ex equo, i.e. Candidates who achieve the same score following the evaluations of the selection tests, are defined and made public as of now, the following objective and non-discretionary criteria for the ordering of the Candidates of the final admission ranking to the course:

at) Preference is given to the Candidate in possession of the requirements referred to in the previous art. 3;

b) In the event of a further tie, the youngest Candidate will be favored according to art. 3 subparagraph 7 L. n.127/1997, as supplemented by art. 2 subparagraph 9 L. n. 191/1998;

c) In the event of a further tie, preference will be given to the Candidate who meets the requirements for the right to the Attendance Allowance;

d) In the event of a further ex equo, finally, preference will be given to the Candidate with the lowest income. Only in this case will interested parties be required to provide a copy of the ISEE form (for the fiscal year 2022).

In the publication of the rankings, the wording "admitted to the frequency of the course" for the Candidates ranked first 18 Places, while the rest will be marked with "suitable" or "not suitable".

The Selection Commission will be composed of delegated experts from the Implementing Body and the Partner Third Sector Entity.

The Commission will be supported by the staff of the institution that will take care of the reception, verification of the identity of the Candidates, and secretarial obligations.

The date and time of the start of the activities will be communicated exclusively at the training center, on the website www.psa-corporation.com and on the main social networks and Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/psacorporationformazione, with the value of a single notification to the Candidates to all intents and purposes without any other form of communication.

The project will be structured as follows:

THE. Activities of Specialist Orientation, with a total duration of 20 hours;

II. Activities of Training self-employment/entrepreneurship, with a total duration of 100 hours;

III. Activities of Coaching for self-employment/entrepreneurship, with a total duration of 72 hours.

During the Training The trainees will be declared discharged and withdrawn in the event of absence of more than 30% of the total number of hours.

Legal basis of the processing: The data collected are recorded by the Beneficiary of the operations of the ROP Puglia ERDF-ESF 2014-2020 as defined in art. 2, paragraph 10 of REG. (EU) Nr. 1303/2013, and rendered in accordance with art. 125, paragraph 2, Letter D), of Reg. (EU) Nr. 1303/2013, for uses deriving from the application of art. 50, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Reg. (EU) Nr. 1303/2013 in the implementation procedures of the ROP Puglia ERDF-ESF 2014-2020, for the current obligations to which the competent authorities are subject.

Data retention period: The data collected are kept for up to three years from the closure of the procedures relating to the ROP Puglia ERDF- ESF 2014-2020.

Rights of the data subjects: Data subjects have the right to obtain from the data controller, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning them or to object to the processing (Arts. 15 and ss. of the Regulation). Right to lodge a complaint: Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to bring the appropriate case before the courts (art. 79 of the Regulation).

This Announcement/Regulation is made public – with the procedures for applying the Community legislation on publicity and information on financing with Community funds pursuant to Annex XII, Section 2.2, to Reg.
