What are the joint funds
This is the joint bodies to which companies can freely join requiring the mandatory payment of SOCIAL SECURITY be transferred 0,30% each company pays by 2004 for each employee. The joint funds will in relation to resources received to finance training activities for employees of member companies.
There are two ways to access funding:
Individual training vouchers that can be used to register for intercompany training courses (ES. Fondir, Fondirigenti and strong)
Training plans can be funded through warnings or, for some funds, drawing on the student account and/or corporate individual consists of the resources set aside.Remember that each company can access only to finance the Fund to which it is registered and for training of its employees.
All initiatives of the PSA Corporation Ltd are to be financed through vouchers or can be designed according to the specific needs of a company and presented as a corporate training plan.
